New Delhi : Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan has directed the deployment of expert teams from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and IIT Kanpur to assist the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in ensuring a smooth and glitch-free post-result re-evaluation process.
The move comes in response to concerns raised by students and parents over technical issues being faced on the CBSE post-examination services portal.
According to the Ministry, the teams of professors and technical experts will work on targeted technological improvements in the portal’s systems and workflows. They will review server performance, portal stability, and the overall robustness of the IT infrastructure to help address technical shortcomings.
The experts will also assist CBSE in strengthening login authentication systems, improving user access mechanisms, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of payment gateways.
Shri Dharmendra Pradhan stressed that the interests of students remain the government’s top priority and directed CBSE to undertake all necessary corrective measures on an urgent basis to ensure a transparent, efficient, and student-friendly system.
