The projects are aimed at strengthening the fisheries sector and promoting self-sustained growth in the Northeastern Region.
Certificates, including Fisheries Kisan Credit Cards (KCC) and awards for outstanding fisheries startups and cooperatives, will also be distributed to beneficiaries from the region. The Union Minister is scheduled to interact with beneficiaries to understand sectoral challenges and discuss additional support measures.

Experience-sharing sessions by dairy farmers, fisheries beneficiaries, and entrepreneurs under the National Livestock Mission Entrepreneurship Development Programme (NLM-EDP) will also highlight successful grassroots initiatives and livelihood enhancement efforts in the region.
