5 illegal buildings demolished, 4 sealed, strict action by Corporation Zone-4 enforcement team
Gurugram : The special demolition drive launched by the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram against illegal construction in the Bhondsi area was successful. As per the scheduled program, a large number of illegal structures were removed and several structures were also sealed. This action was carried out by the team of Assistant Engineer RK Mongia under the direction of Joint Commissioner Ravindra Malik.
22 DPCs demolished and illegal construction stopped
During the drive, officials demolished approximately 22 DPCs in the initial stages of construction. These constructions were being carried out without permission, and it was necessary to stop them in time to prevent further illegal structures from being built.
5 illegal buildings razed
During the action, five completed illegal buildings were also completely demolished. These structures were removed using heavy machinery, signaling an effective ban on illegal construction in the area.
4 Buildings Sealed
Additionally, four buildings were sealed that were under construction or had incomplete documentation. Following the sealing, any activity in these buildings was prohibited.
Corporation officials clarified that any illegal construction carried out in violation of government regulations will not be tolerated. Such drives will continue in the future, and strict action will be taken against those found guilty. Residents are urged to obtain permission from the relevant department before beginning any construction, to avoid unnecessary losses and legal action.
