New Delhi : NITI Aayog has welcomed Shri Anurag Jain as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
A 1989-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, Jain brings nearly four decades of experience in public administration, governance and policymaking.
Prior to his appointment as NITI Aayog CEO, Jain served in several key positions, including Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh, Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, and Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
His extensive experience across infrastructure, industry, governance and policy formulation is expected to further strengthen NITI Aayog’s role in shaping India’s development strategy and supporting the country’s growth agenda.
