Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Reviews Draft Development Plans for Four Cities Under Viksit Bharat Vision

Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini chaired an important State Level Committee (SLC) meeting to review the draft development plans for Narnaul, Narayangarh, Panipat and Kurukshetra, with a focus on sustainable urban growth aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat-2047.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on preparing comprehensive development plans for the four urban centres, aimed at supporting future population growth and economic expansion.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the draft plans for urban areas should be prepared in line with the national vision of Viksit Bharat-2047, ensuring planned, modern and sustainable urban development.

The meeting also reviewed a detailed action plan for expanding residential, commercial, industrial and other essential infrastructure across the four cities to meet future development requirements and improve the quality of urban living.

The proposed plans are expected to provide a roadmap for balanced urbanisation while strengthening infrastructure and creating new opportunities for economic growth across Haryana.
