On the occasion, the Defence Minister inaugurated a series of digital initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, transparency and service delivery within the AFHQ civilian establishment. These included the Internet-Based Accommodation Management System (IBAMS) portal, the integration of eHRMS with TULIP 2.0 for faster settlement of employee claims, the integration of CAO with TULIP 2.0 for streamlined processing of salaries and allowances, and the onboarding of the organisation onto the SPARROW online performance appraisal portal.
Rajnath Singh also released the 34th edition of the ‘Samvad’ magazine, highlighting the activities and achievements of the AFHQ civilian workforce.
During the ceremony, he honoured AFHQ personnel and their meritorious children for their outstanding achievements in sports, education and other fields, appreciating their dedication and contributions while encouraging continued excellence in public service.
