New Delhi : Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal chaired a high-level review meeting with officials from the National Productivity Council (NPC), the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), and the Department of Commerce (DoC).
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on strengthening inter-departmental coordination, enhancing institutional capabilities, and adopting global best practices to improve productivity and ensure more efficient service delivery.
The review also focused on various initiatives aimed at creating a more integrated, efficient, and future-ready administrative framework that can support India’s economic growth and governance objectives.
Union Minister Goyal emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among government institutions to enhance operational efficiency, promote innovation, and build stronger systems for effective implementation of policies and programmes.
The meeting reaffirmed the government’s commitment towards improving productivity, strengthening institutional performance, and creating an enabling ecosystem for sustainable development and economic progress.
