New Delhi : US President Donald Trump said that a sensitive rescue operation became more difficult after details were leaked to the media.
He explained that officials had initially kept the operation secret for about an hour, but once information about rescuing one person was leaked, it created complications. He added that another person was still being searched for at the time, and the leak put both the ongoing mission and the people involved at risk.
Trump strongly criticized the leak, saying it endangered lives, including those of rescue teams. He also warned that action would be taken against the person responsible for sharing the information.
