Special Campaign by Haryana Police from 17th September to 2nd October 2025

Chandigarh, 17 September. As per the directions of Director General of Police Haryana, Shatrujeet Kapur, special campaigns will be conducted across the state from 17th September to 2nd October 2025. The main objective of these campaigns is to increase public awareness in the interest of society, ensure citizen participation, and strengthen the sense of security.

Blood Donation and Health Initiatives


Blood donation camps will be organized in all Police Commissioner offices, Ranges, and districts of the state. Along with this, special camps will also be held to raise awareness about road safety, first aid, and traffic rules. Through these campaigns, citizens will be motivated to provide immediate assistance in emergencies and to reduce road accidents.

Tree Plantation and Cleanliness Campaign


Under the tree plantation drive, thousands of saplings will be planted at each Police Commissioner’s office. To promote environmental protection, extensive cleanliness campaigns will also be carried out in all police stations, police posts, and police lines. The purpose of this initiative is to create a clean and healthy environment.

Special Campaign on Women’s Safety


Special campaigns will be organized across the state on women’s safety. These campaigns will include awareness programs, discussions, and guidance on safety measures. Highlighting women’s safety as a police priority, this initiative is an important step towards creating a safe atmosphere and boosting confidence in society.

Samvad Shivir and Social Awareness


‘Samvad Shivir’ will be organized to establish better communication between police and the public. In these camps, awareness will be spread on issues like de-addiction, women’s safety, cleanliness, and prevention of stubble burning. These camps will provide citizens with an opportunity to directly interact with police officers and share suggestions.

Campaign on Traffic Rules


A special campaign will also be run regarding compliance with traffic rules. Heavy vehicles and tractors will be encouraged to install reflectors to prevent road accidents at night. Through this, an effort will be made to strengthen traffic discipline and ensure road safety.

Monitoring and Reporting


All these campaigns will be monitored by senior police officers. Detailed reports of programs organized by each unit will be prepared and sent to Police Headquarters. DGP Shatrujeet Kapur has appealed to the public to actively participate in these special campaigns and contribute to bringing positive change in society.
