India Alliance Leaders Meet , Decide to Continue Pressure on the Government in Parliament

New Delhi : The leaders of the India alliance held a meeting in the Parliament House complex on Tuesday to chalk out a strategy for the monsoon session and discuss the key issues to be raised by the opposition in the House. The opposition leaders decided to continue pressure on the government and raise issues like Operation Sindoor and Bihar Voter’s SIR .

The meeting was attended by Congress national president and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi as well as other prominent MPs of the alliance. Congress Party said that ” Today, a meeting of the floor leaders of the INDIA alliance was held in the Parliament House Complex. In this meeting, Congress President and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Shri @kharge and Leader of Opposition Shri @RahulGandhi along with INDIA alliance MPs were present.

In the monsoon session, the opposition will raise many important issues in the House, such as-

⦁ Pahalgam attack

⦁ Operation Sindoor

⦁ Trump’s statements on ceasefire and trade

⦁ Vote ban in the name of SIR in Bihar

⦁ Foreign policy issue (Pak, China, Gaza)

⦁ Delimitation issue

⦁ Issue of atrocities on Dalits, backward, tribals, women and minority groups in the country

⦁ Ahmedabad plane crash

⦁ Manipur violence

The Prime Minister should come to the House and answer questions related to these issues. “
