Important step towards strengthening administrative services and making citizens comfortable
Gurugram : DC Ajay Kumar today inaugurated the renovation work of Badshahpur SDM office and Tehsil office located at Wazirabad. This initiative is an important effort towards making administrative services more efficient, transparent and citizen-friendly.
On this occasion, the DC inspected both the building complexes and directed the officials to provide quick, respectful and effective services to the general public through these facilities. He said that offices equipped with modern facilities will not only increase efficiency, but citizens will also get a better friendly environment. This step will also be effective in connecting the administration with digital technology and promoting e-governance.
The facilities already available in the newly equipped offices have been made more beautiful. In this, both the buildings have been beautifully painted, comfortable furniture for citizens and employees, air conditioners (AC), citizen convenience center, modern lights, tin shed for parking, e-service has been made more robust and modern. This renovation is not just an improvement in the physical structure, but is an important step towards making the citizen-centric administrative system more effective.
In this work, Elan Group provided active cooperation under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The group provided technical and financial assistance in the design of buildings, interior decoration and establishment of civic amenities. DC Ajay Kumar appreciated this contribution and said that this type of public-private partnership will make the administrative system more efficient in future.
On this occasion, ACUT officer Aditi Singhania, Badshahpur SDM Sanjeev Kumar, Elan Group’s Chief Business and Hotel Development Officer Sumit Chaudhary and other administrative officers were also present.
