According to the video shared on X , Yojna Patel also mentioned the recent interview of Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, in which he admitted that terrorism has been promoted in Pakistan. Quoting Pakistan’s Defense Minister’s statement Patel said that when the minister himself is admitting this, then there is no need to say anything else. This is Pakistan exposing itself.
Speaking at the UN’s anti-terrorism meeting, Yojna Patel said, “Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has admitted that Pakistan trains terrorists and also gives them money. This makes it clear that Pakistan is a country spreading terrorism in the world. Now the world should not turn away from this threat.”
Yojna Patel strongly raised the issue of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22 in the United Nations, in which 26 people were killed. He said that this attack is the biggest terrorist attack in India after the 2008 Mumbai attacks in which the most number of lives were lost.
He said that India has been a victim of cross-border terrorism for a long time and Pakistan’s Defense Minister himself has admitted that training terrorists in his country is not a new thing, Pakistan has been doing this before and is still doing it today.
In the United Nations meeting, Yojana Patel, without naming Pakistan, said that the representatives of a country misused this platform and made false allegations against India. Yojana Patel thanked the United Nations and other countries for supporting India after the Pahalgam attack. He said that India will never forget the victims of terrorism and will make every effort to get them justice.
