Gurugram : Significant efforts are being made at various levels by the Haryana government to provide employment opportunities to skilled youth in the district. Under these efforts, job fairs will be organized in various ITIs of the district between April and June to provide employment to the trainees undergoing training in Government Industrial Training Institutes under the pre-placement process.
Giving more information about this, Jaideep Singh Kadian, Principal of Government Industrial Training Institute Gurugram, said that the final examination of ITI trainees is likely to be held in July-August. To arrange pre-placement offers for trainees, each ITI is to organize a job/apprentice fair in its institutions.
Under this, a pre-placement job fair schedule has been prepared for the period from April to June. As per the schedule, job fairs will be organised at Government ITI Gurugram on April 25 and June 4, Government ITI Maujabad on May 9, Government ITI Sohna on May 21 and Government ITI (women) on June 12. He informed that only ITI trainees who are natives of Haryana/Haryana will be included in the job fair/campus interview.
