Gurugram 26 March: Benches have been installed by the Transport Department at the Gurugram bus stand for the convenience of passengers. Yellow marking has also been done on the temporary bus booths built in the bus stand premises.
Giving information, Bharat Bhushan Gogia, General Manager of the Transport Department, said that 45 benches have been installed in the bus stand premises and the facilities for passengers are being continuously increased. Keeping in view the number of passengers at the only government bus stand in Gurugram, the facilities are continuously increased from time to time. Now in this sequence, the seating arrangement for the passengers has been improved.
Especially women passengers and elderly passengers will get special benefit from this facility at the bus stand. Now these people can wait for their buses by sitting comfortably and not standing in the increasing heat and humidity. All these 45 benches have been installed at different places across the bus stand in such a way that passengers coming to all the booths can get convenient and comfortable seating arrangement while waiting for the bus.
