Gurugram : Municipal Corporation Gurugram Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya on Sunday conducted a surprise inspection of various branches located in the corporation office. During this, he reviewed the departmental functioning and established direct communication with the employees and gave the message of being prompt in resolving the problems of the citizens.
The Municipal Commissioner especially visited the Public Grievance Cell, Property Tax Branch, Sanitation Branch and Engineering Branch, Planning Branch, Account Branch. He instructed the officials to listen to the complaints of the common people with sensitivity and there should not be unnecessary delay in their resolution. He also said that the process of redressal of complaints should be transparent and time-bound.
Motivating the employees, Mr. Dahiya said that the Municipal Corporation is for the service of the common citizens. If the problems of the citizens are not resolved in time, then the purpose of our work will remain incomplete. It is our responsibility to take every complaint seriously and ensure its prompt resolution.
