Kurukshetra, May 21: “By observing silence authenticated in Gita sloka no 15 of Chapter 17 as communication skill, the leaders can reduce 90% of the troubles faced by them,” said Professor M. M. Goel, former Vice Chancellor and founder needonomics school of thought superannuated from Kurukshetra University. Prof Aman Agarwal Director IIF and convener delivered the welcome address and presented a citation on the achievements of Prof. M.M. Goel.

He was addressing the participants of the IIF International Research Conference and Award Summit 2023 on the topic ‘ Leadership Lessons from Gita & Anu-Gita ’ organised by Indian Institute of Finance, Greater Noida.

For good governance at all levels, the leadership needs to be street SMART ( simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive and transparent), explained Prof. Goel.

To give best to the society, the leader must utilise their capabilities by becoming SIMPLE with the development of (sq., intuition, moral, physical, love-self attitude and eq.), said Prof. Goel.

For the working environment to prevail everywhere, we need to change the looks, actions and words to make it the real law of leadership, believes Prof. Goel.

To perform duties of all kinds with commitment and honesty, leaders require positive anger when someone insults the nation, believes Prof. Goel.

To move on the ladder of success, we should trust god as a witness to our deeds good or bad, said Prof. Goel.

To work without worries in all walks of life, we have to be soul conscious as the real education in addition to proper, productive and practical (3P) use of head, heart and hands (3H), told Prof. Goel.
