Gurugram / Manesar : The Election result of Manesar Municipal Corporation is declared. Independent candidate Dr. Indrajit Yadav won the Mayor’s post by 2293 votes. It was a neck to neck fight between two prominent candidates. Dr. Indrajit Yadav a well known supporter of the central minister Rao Inderjeet Singh got 26393 votes, while his rival BJP candidate Sundar Lal Sarpanch, who came second, got 24100 votes. It is said that Sunder Lal belongs to Haryana’s Cabinet Minister Rao Narbir Singh’s group. Independent candidate Vijay Singh, who came third, got 9163 votes and Congress candidate Neeraj Yadav, who came fourth, got 5143 votes. This election is held after 4 years of MCM formation.
